Today is the first official day of Winter.  In the Poconos, wintertime can mean anything.  Ice Storms, multiple inches of snowfall, floods from rainstorms, you name it.  Take today for example, it is in the upper 50s and raining. All of these forms of precipitation can cause for hazardous conditions putting electrical lines and your source of power at risk.
