Poconos Hurricane Season

Do you know what time of the year it is?  It is that time of the year that we get the winds, heavy rains, and sometimes even hail!  It’s that time of the year in which over the next few months, power outages become more of a “When” rather than an “If”.   The NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) has announced that they expect a 45% chance for an above the normal average for tropical storms.  That is a 15% increase from when they reported this back in May.
